Medication, allergies, contacts and travel-related details in an understandable view.

Routine appointment

Bring context—not everything.

Current treatment and relevant results without unrelated medical history.

Unexpected care

Let critical facts speak first.

Trust before purchase

Portable does not mean exposed.

Questions before joining

Clear answers build trust.

The final site should make the limits of the product as clear as its benefits.

Is ASTELUMEiD a complete medical record?
No. It is a member-controlled health identity that creates focused views from information the member chooses to include. A complete medical history is not automatically disclosed.
What happens when the card is scanned in another country?
The scanner’s location can recommend an opening language. In an emergency, critical approved information appears immediately, and the viewer can switch languages without blocking access.
Does the QR code contain my medical information?
No. The QR code points to a secure, revocable view. Medical details are not printed into the code itself.
Can I control who sees my information?
Yes. You choose the intended recipient, the information included in that view and how long access should remain available.
Is ASTELUMEiD insurance or an emergency-response service?
No. ASTELUMEiD helps communicate member-selected health information. It does not replace insurance, professional medical advice or local emergency services.

Be understood.
Stay in control.

Carry a health identity prepared for wherever care happens.
